Matthew Haugh
"Matt" I'm originally from southern California,
Attended UNLV and have a degree in Recreation and Leisure
Studies. I worked for the City of Las Vegas Dept. of
Leisure Services for 10 years, where I ran Before and
After school youth programs for 7 years and Senior
Programs for 3. I've been married to my wife Faith for 5
years and have two daughters, Makena 4, & Brinley 1.
We enjoy vacations, camping, family movies night
and Mom and Dad date nights. I have been in Real Estate
full Time since the Summer of 2005 and I'm also licensed
in Utah. Keller Williams was the best decision I have ever
made next to marrying my wife. |

In 1990, I graduated on the Dean's List with a 3.45
GPA from Texas Christian University with a BBA in
Management and a minor in German. After graduation, I
moved to Germany for a year and worked in a chocolate
factory (Yes, I actually got paid for it too!) Upon return
to the U.S., I moved to Las Vegas.
A few years of working in the casinos and waiting for
promotions from others, taught me quickly that this was
not the road I wanted to travel. I decided if anyone would
promote or hold me back, it would be myself. I obtained my
real estate license in 1995 and came to Keller Williams in
1997.
For the first few years, I worked on a team of top agents,
which I feel put me on the fast track to success. I sat in
on the ALC meetings when they couldn't. Within a few
meetings, the rest of the group discovered I knew P & L
statements and am a stickler for the details. I have been
on the Finance Committee ever since. In 1999, I separated
from the team, went on my own, and earned my own spot on
the ALC.
I married Rob in 1996 and had my daughter, Kaitlin in
2002. Taking care of Kaitlin is a main priority in my life
right now. I discovered that Keller Williams IS everything
it proclaims to be: God, Family, then Business. I can push
myself and get all the support I need to go as far as I
want. I am also granted the freedom without pressure to
perform in order to spend time with family, my horses, and
travel.
I earned my GRI in 1997, my ABR in 2005, and am currently
working on my ePro and CRS. Since education is an
incredibly important facet to my life, this February, I
volunteered to continue teaching the newest creation of
education at Keller Williams: the Camp 4:4:3.
