Meet the Agent Leadership Counsel
Robyn Bonk
-
(Education Committee)
The first two years of my career were spent in
Pahrump were I lived and worked daily with local Realtors.
After 9-11, the market slowed and I relocated to Las Vegas
for more volume. With me you have the best of both worlds,
the (perceived) sophistication of a Las Vegas agent and
the knowledge and respect of the Pahrump community. It is
not uncommon to do business with an agent in a smaller
town like Pahrump several times a year.
The Keller Williams philosophy is God and Family first,
then business. Although I come from a religious background
my interpretation of God in this is the integrity of a
person. Get it right the first time and don’t make
headaches for yourself!
As for my immediate family, it consists of my 20 year old
son and my two babies, brother and sister toy poodles!
So........ I spent a lot of time doing business because I
love my job. Possibly even a workaholic, which is not
good, but good for you! I have met so many wonderful
people. One client I recently assisted with the sale of
her land had lost everything to hurricane Katrina.
Now, for those of you who like numbers…. I have
been in the industry of land sales for over 5 years
completing 60-70 transactions per year. For the second
quarter in 2005, I ranked #330, on the list of the top 500
Realtors in the valley. This is out of more than 14,000
licensees!! My marketing efforts cover Southern & Northern
Nevada and, I am also licensed in Utah.

Bonnie Jacobsen
Bonnie Jacobsen came to Keller Williams in May 2005
from Century 21 MoneyWorld. Bonnie brought her experience
earned in sales with Revlon North America, L’Oreal Paris,
and New Vision International. Prior to earning her real
estate license, Bonnie was recruited to the real estate
industry as an admin assistant to two of the top producing
agents at Century 21 MoneyWorld. She realized that she was
in the wrong position when she notice that the amount of
the agent’s checks included a comma, and hers did not.
With the blessings of the agents she worked for, she
obtained her real estate license and began to fly on her
own.
Living her motto of “Service Leads The Way”, Bonnie earns
the trust of her clients by professionally handling all
aspects of their real estate transactions, and earns their
confidence by keeping their transactions on track, while
moving toward closure in a smooth manner. She has earned
and enjoys an 84% referral rate from her very valued and
loyal clients.
A native Nevadan, born in Boulder City, Bonnie was raised
in Henderson, and is blessed with a large loving and
supportive family. Her husband Kevin is the love of her
life. She has five fabulous children, eight fantastic
grandchildren, and is fortunate to claim a close extended
family of 180 members, all of whom live in Clark County,

her as “Grandma Bonnie”.
Bonnie is proud to be committed to the Keller Williams

Bill Jenkins Bill - Formerly was a professional musician in Las
Vegas for over 25 years with stars like Captain and
Tennille, Englebert Humperdinck, Debbie Reynolds, Vic
Damone, Don Rickles and many more in addition to playing
in dozens of production shows on the Las Vegas strip and
appeared on the Tonight show and Solid Gold in the 1980’s.
“I love working together with people in finding their
perfect home and I still never get tired of the thrill
when it all comes together.” “It has created some great
friendships.” Bill & Fran came to Keller Williams from Prudential
Americana Group in August 2007 and quickly increased their
business using the training that was offered at Keller
Williams. “We felt like we got on a treadmill going 60
miles an hour and saw results immediately.” Bill & Fran were elected to the ALC (Agent
Leadership Council) within a month of joining KW and
immersed themselves in the culture of Keller Williams. “We
were not used to being in an environment that empowered
other agents rather than the environment we were used to
which was highly competitive and closed door. Shortly thereafter I was approached for the Team
Leader position which I initially turned down. I was
concerned that I might not be suited for the position and
that our real estate business would suffer. After
attending Team Leader training in Atlanta in December 2007
I was much more intrigued by the position. I have always
enjoyed helping people and what better opportunity than to
help our fellow agents. After having the privilege of being elected Team
Leader by the ALC in Jan 2008 I am certain that the
decision I made was the right one. There is no better
feeling than helping our agents and Market Center grow. |

Mark Minelli -
(Core
Services Committee)
As a full- time top producing agent in Las Vegas
and its surrounding areas, I knew from day one in the
business I wanted to approach the industry from a
different angle. The Las Vegas market is very dynamic and not like
many other markets. Understanding the dynamics of Las
Vegas and the ever changing scope and scale of this City
is critical. I represent what many call the " New Vegas".
The tide has rushed in....and people are re-discovering
out urban cores.
As a pioneer and visionary, I have always
understood, lived and worked in these parts of the city
that are gaining momentum. Mid-Century and modern home
options have always been where my passion lies.. |
